Summer Class Tuition Payment Policies:
Tuition payments can always be made online, at anytime, using our Parent Portal. Payments can also be made via cash, check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa & Discover) at the front desk. Please see below for the front desk hours during the summer months. Camp/class prices are listed within the summer schedule and on the Portal.

 Summer class tuition payment due dates are as follows:

  • Monday, July 12  for any class that runs July 12, 2021 - July 15, 2021

  • Monday, July 19 for any class that runs July 19, 2021 - July 22, 2021

  • Monday, July 26  for any classes running July 26, 2021 - July 29, 2021

  • Monday, August 2 for any classes running August 2, 2021 - August 5, 2021.

Please note: If payments are not made by the above-mentioned deadline, they will be automatically withdrawn from the credit card on file the next business day after the deadline. If the payment is unable to be processed on the above mentioned deadline - your dancer will not be allowed to participate in the class and a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

All payments must be made either online or at the front desk during the summer months


Front Desk/Payment Hours:
The front desk will be open Monday – Thursday mornings from 8:30am - 9:00am and then from 12pm - 12:30pm. There will not be a front desk person available for evening classes - of you need to make alternate payment arrangements, please contact the studio directly.  


Summer Class Cancelations:
All summer classes/camps must meet a minimum enrollment requirement. If any class/camp does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, dancers/parents will be notified via email and the class/camp will be canceled. The deadline for all summer camp registration is Thursday, July 8. Any classes/camps that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be canceled and participants will be notified via email/ If the tuition payment has already been made, all participants will be fully refunded. Refunds are only issued if the class has been canceled by Centerstage Dance Academy.

There is a $10 fee for any dancer that changes or drops out of any class or camp within 7 days of their class/camp. Please contact us if you need to switch classes or unenroll from class for any reason.

There will be no tuition refunds for any classes/camps that are held. This includes classes your dancer is scheduled to attend but is absent from, classes that are cancelled due inclement weather, and classes that your dancer does not participate in due to injury, illness or any other condition.


What To Bring For Class:

Dance Skills & Drills, Choreography & Technique, Musical Theatre & Performance (Daytime Camps):
Please wear a leotard, tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any class except for ballet. Please bring jazz shoes for these classes. If dancer does not have jazz shoes, barefeet are allowed - please make sure your tights roll-up. For the 2-Day Workshops (9am - 12pm) we will be having a short snack break each day. Please be sure your dancer packs as snack and enough water for the day.

Summer Dance Intensive:
Please wear a leotard, tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any class except for ballet. All dance shoes should be brought to the Summer Dance Intensive (tap, ballet and jazz). For dancers ages 12 and under, dancing in bare feet is acceptable during jazz, musical theatre, hip hop class. We require barefeet for all acro classes – please be sure your tights roll-up or acro socks are also permissible.

For the Summer Dance Intensive (9am - 1pm) we will be having a lunch break each day. Please be sure your dancer brings a lunch/snack and enough water for the day. 

Butterfly Ballet/Kidzdance Preschool
A leotard and tights that roll-up would be ideal for this class, however anything that a dancer can move and be active in can be worn. Ballet shoes or gripped socks.

Tap/Ballet Combo
A leotard and tights that roll-up would be ideal for this class, however anything that a dancer can move and be active in can be worn. Tap and ballet shoes.

Hip Hop, Flip Flop
A leotard and tights that roll-up would be ideal for this class, however anything that a dancer can move and be active in can be worn. This includes dance shorts/leggings. Barefeet are now allowed in the studio and are ideal for this class. You may also wear acro/gripped socks.

ACRO Skills & Drills/Tumble & Tricks
Please wear a leotard and tights for this class. ACRO leotards and shorts are also permitted. Barefeet can now be worn in the studio. ACRO socks are also permissible.

 Summer Evening Intensives/Hip Hop/Musical Theatre/Lyrical (Evening Classes): 
Please wear appropriate dance attire for the class/subject you are attending. This includes a leotard and tights and any necessary dance shoes and your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts may be worn to any class except for ballet.
