2023 recital ticket day

Ticket Sales Begin: Friday, April 28 | 4:00pm


All our performance tickets will be sold online using a dance recital ticketing website. Closer to ticket day, you will be emailed a link to our custom ticket website where you are able to select and purchase your tickets/seats for any of our three shows. In using this service, it provides an easier and faster recital ticket day for all!

Please note: a ticket needs to be purchased for everyone in attendance, this includes infants, small children, and patrons in wheelchairs – this is in accordance with our venues fire and safety rules and regulations. Children seated on laps are not allowed.


Recital Ticket Day Information

Ticket Pricing: We are happy to announce that we will offer tiered ticket pricing for our recital this year. This new pricing model will allow us to provide a wider range of ticket prices to accommodate the needs and budgets of our dance families. Please see our tiered pricing details in the info area below. Our ticketing company also charges a convenience fee/ticketing fee for any tickets purchased.

Ticket Limits:  This year, there are NO ticket restrictions or maximum. Please purchase as many as you need for your family and friends!  


Important Notes:

Ticket sales will ONLY be available online - all seats must be purchased and selected through our recital ticket website. We will not be selling tickets at the studio or over the phone. Tickets will be available up until the showtime of your dancers show (via the website.) Tickets are first come, first serve - we can not guarantee seating for anyone. Our auditorium is over 800 seats and there is not a bad seat in the house!


Info You Must Know Before Purchasing Recital Tickets

You must know which show that your dancer(s) is performing in:

All dancers will be performing in at least one show. You will need to know which show your dancer is performing before ticket day. We have three show/performance times:

  • Saturday, May 20 | 12:30pm

  • Saturday, May 20 | 5:30pm

  • Sunday, May 21 | 11:00am

What is the price of the tickets?

We are happy to announce that we will offer tiered ticket pricing for our recital this year. This new pricing model will allow us to provide a wider range of ticket prices to accommodate the needs and budgets of our dance families. We believe this will make the recital more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our tiered ticket pricing system will work as follows:

- Tier 1 (Standard): This ticket will be priced at $22 per person, the same price as years past
- Tier 2 (Preferred): This ticket will be priced at $25 per person
- Tier 3 (Premium): This ticket will be priced at $28 per person and will provide premium seating in the front rows or front section of the stage

All seating and tiers will be labeled and color-coded within our seating chart for easy reference when purchasing during ticket day.

As many of you know, our recital venue is wonderful and any of the seats provide a great view of the stage.

Our ticketing company also charges a convenience fee/ticketing fee for any tickets purchased ($2.20), per ticket.


How many tickets am I allowed to purchase?

There are no ticket limitations this year. However, a ticket needs to be purchased for everyone in attendance, this includes infants, small children, and patrons in wheelchairs – this is in accordance with our venues fire and safety rules and regulations.


How do i purchase tickets?

All families will be emailed a link to the ticketing website to purchase recital tickets the morning of Friday, April 28 on or before 12pm. Reminder: you will not be able to purchase tickets until 4:00pm that day.

**Up until 4PM, the website will ask you for a code. You do not need a code. The website will open at 4pm that day and you will be able to purchase tickets on/after 4:00pm.

Please be sure you know which show your dancer is performing in so you purchase tickets for the correct show.


How will tickets be distributed and families be seated?

After purchasing your tickets, they will be emailed to you (digitally), in a separate email. You can either print them out or use your phone/email as your ticket when at the venue. Please check your spam mail if you do not receive them!


Will I be able to buy tickets at the door or at the studio?

There will be no tickets available at the studio front desk . Tickets must be purchased, in advance, using our ticketing website only. Our ticketing website will remain open until the start of showtime for each show so you may purchase them at the venue (using the website) up until the start of showtime.


What If I am unable to use my purchased tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer your tickets to a different show if they were purchased in error - but that will need to be done at the studio with a CSDA staff member. For a ticket transfer there is no guarantee the same seats will be available for the show you are requesting, so please select your tickets carefully.


Will livestream be available for the shows?

We will not be offering livestream for our shows this year. Since our capacity restrictions have been removed, we hope everyone can join the show in person!


Recital Ticket Day Guidelines & Policies

  1. Any money owed to the studio for April tuition, late fees, recital package fees, costumes, etc. must be paid before tickets may be purchased. You will be unable to access our site and purchase tickets if you have an outstanding balance with the studio. You will NOT receive an email to purchase a tickets if you have an outstanding balance.

  2. On Friday, April 28 recital tickets will go on sale online at 4:00pm. They will remain on sale until showtime of your dancers show date. All tickets are first come first serve on the website - we can not guarantee seating for anyone.

  3. All tickets are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer your tickets to a different show if they were purchased in error - but that will need to be done at the studio with a CSDA staff member.   4. Much like any live concert or shows, the price of our ticketing is now tiered (see above for pricing). Please note: since we are using an online ticketing venue service there IS an additional ticket/convenience fee per ticket ($2.20) as set by our ticketing company.

  5. A ticket must be purchased for everyone attending the show—this includes family members in wheelchairs, very young children and infants. This rule is set forth by our recital venue and no exceptions can be made.

  6. Wheelchair seating is available and is labeled on the ticketing website. This seating is only available for members of the audience who will remain in their wheelchair for the entire performance. There are no chairs in the wheelchair labeled seating. We ask that if you are not purchasing a wheelchair seat, please refrain from purchasing the seats directly next to the wheelchair section, if possible, to allow parties to sit together.

  7. If you are unsure of which show your dancer is performing in please use this list to check your dancers performance date and time :: Performer Showtimes

  8. You may print or show your tickets (on your phone) at the venue. If you have the tickets on your phone, make sure your entire party is together so the ushers can seat you accordingly.

  9. Our ticketing website it very user-friendly. If anyone has any issues, there will be a CSDA representative available at the studio from 4:00pm - 6:00pm on Recital Ticket Day - Friday, April 28 - to take questions via phone or email.
