All our recital tickets will be sold online using an online dance recital ticketing service. One parent or representative will be able to select tickets for your dancer’s recital and purchase tickets directly through our ticketing website. Please coordinate with your family, other parents or guardians as only ONE person will be able to use the code and purchase the desired amount of seats for your dancers performance.

Livestream Ticket Information
We are very excited to announce that livestream tickets will be available for purchase for all of our recital performances! As a reminder, we have 4 recital showtimes this weekend on Saturday, May 22 at 12:30pm, 3:00pm and 6:00pm as well as Sunday, May 23 at 11:00am. Our Dance Company Showcase at 3:00pm on Sunday, May 23 will also be available to livestream. Please make sure you purchase the correct show that your dancer will be featured - all livestream tickets are non-refundable.
Since we are limiting tickets this year, we are so excited to be able to offer a livestream experience for family and friends that will be unable to attend our show. Listed below is some important information to understand and consider before purchasing a livestream ticket.
How Do I Purchase A Livestream Ticket?
You will use the same website you used to purchase the recital tickets. Please see the link here :: https://27620.danceticketing.com/
There is now an option to purchase a LIVESTREAM ticket for each show. If you want to purchase the livestream for more than one show, you will need to purchase a ticket for each show you want to view. Please ensure you are selecting the livestream ticket and the correct showtime – it is very clearly labeled on the site. There are no codes needed to purchase livestream tickets and each ticket is $25 per person/household.
Livestream ticket sales will end about 1 hour before each show begins. We suggest purchasing your ticket before the day of the show to ensure you receive your ticket/livestream link in time.
This show is a livestream performance and can only be watched as it is happening. That means that it will start at the designated time and cannot be advanced forward or backward in time. If you are late, you will miss the start of the show.
What Happens Once I Purchase The Ticket?
You will receive an emailed receipt from Dance Recital Ticketing (our ticketing company). Each "ticket" will allow a single IP address (household network) access to view the performance. If you are watching in multiple locations, you will need to purchase additional tickets.
How Do I Watch The Show?
The link to watch the performance will appear on your receipt. If you open the receipt on a mobile device that supports casting, you may be able to cast to a TV or other large format display.
Additional Livestream Ticket Information
As mentioned above - a livestream ticket must be purchased for every person and/or household. Due to copyright and legal reasons, you may not share your purchased livestream ticket/link with anyone else. Each person/household that is watching will need to purchase their own ticket. Our ticketing company monitors the use of the links and if more than one household logs in to the same livestream link, you will no longer be able to see the livestream and it will log you out of the cast.
Please note: it will let you switch from your TV to iPad to cell phone if needed while you within your own household.
Livestream Guarantees
As we know, livestreams, ZOOM and technology in general, can be unpredictable. While we hope all our livestreams will go flawlessly - there is no guarantee that the livestream will run perfectly and seamlessly from our venue into your household and onto your device(s). While we will make every effort to make our livestream run without an issue - pauses, blips in service and/or sound/picture problems may occur.
Our entire staff and our production team will be at the performance venue and running our shows. We will not be available to answer emails or phone calls for technical difficulties with the livestreams during our recital weekend. We want to be as open and forthright as possible about this as our livestream ticket and expectations. As a reminder, all tickets are non-refundable.
With that said, if your livestream does not work the day of your show, you may email us at centerstage@csdanceacademy.com to let us know. While we will not be able to fix your livestream the weekend of the performance, we will be able to offer you a copy of your dancer’s performance after recital weekend so that you may watch it at a later date. Please note this will likely take about a week or two after the performance to view – as we will need to get the video from our production team.
Again, we are so excited to be able to offer livestreaming so that friends and family can join in and watch from home. We appreciate all the families following the ticketing guidelines and rules set forth by our venue and our business. We are so excited for you to see the shows this weekend – starring YOUR dancer

Your ticketing email will provide a link to the ticketing website, directions on how to purchase tickets and a one-time use code that you will use to purchase tickets for your selected show. Please coordinate with your family, other parents or guardians as only ONE person will be able to use the code and purchase the desired amount of seats for your dancers performance.
How will tickets be distributed and How Will families be seated?
Tickets are available in pods (blocks of seats) in groups of 4 or 5, depending on the show. Once purchased, tickets will be sent to your email and will need to be printed out and presented at the door of the performance.
Am I allowed to separate my pod?
No - Pods cannot be separated per family. All 4 or 5 of your seats will be seated together. We cannot make exceptions for this. Our entire auditorium has been sectioned off to allow for social distancing between groups.
Will I be able to buy tickets at the door or at the studio?
Due to strict capacity guidelines set forth by our venue, there will be no tickets available at the door. Tickets must be purchased, in advance, using our ticketing website by Friday, May 21.
Will I be able to purchase more than my allotted number of tickets?
No. due to strict capacity guidelines, the limits placed on tickets has been firmly set. If we are able to release any other tickets – for any of the shows – an email will be sent to the studio with instructions on how and if you are able to purchase more. IF, this is possible, we will let everyone know.
Am I allowed to purchase less than 4 or 5 tickets?
Yes, you may purchase less tickets if needed. HOWEVER, once your pod has been purchased, our ticketing system will automatically block off the remaining seats left in that pod and they will be no longer available to anyone, including your family. If you know you may need all of your tickets, please purchase them all at once.
What If I am Unable to use my Purchased tickets?
All tickets are non-refundable. We might be able to transfer your tickets to a different show if they were purchased in error - but that will need to be done at the studio with a CSDA staff member. For a ticket transfer there is no guarantee the same seats will be available for the show you are requesting, so please select your tickets carefully.
Will livestream be available for all the shows?
As of Tuesday, May 4 - we are still not able to give a definitive answer on this. We are hoping to be able to offer livestream for our recital, but there are a lot of moving parts and we are still working with our production team and venue on this. If livestream becomes available, families or friends that want to watch from home will be able to purchase a ticket, using the same online ticketing website, and will be send a link to watch the show when it airs. If we are able to offer this service – we will email the entire studio as soon as it becomes available.
