IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

The safety and well-being of our dancers, families and staff is a top priority. As we reopen our doors, we believe it is important to provide you with a detailed explanation of what to expect.

Before returning to the studio, all dancers and parents must read, understand and agree to our COVID-19 safety plan and studio procedures as well as watch our short video. Additionally, all parents must sign and have their dancers bring the “Dancers Code of Conduct” to the studio on their first day back. Parents may also email the studio with the signed copy of the form. Dancers will not be allowed to enter the studio without this form. Click on the link below to view our full COVID-19 safety plan, studio procedures, summer safety video and the ‘dancers code of conduct.’

2020 Summer Class Information:
Our summer classes this year look very different than year’s past. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, we have created multiple options to keep your dancers moving and dancing throughout the summer. Our 2020 summer schedule includes small/limited in-studio classes, virtual (ZOOM) classes and also private or private-group classes, by request and appointment.

2020 Summer Class Registration:
Please click the links above to review the weekly schedules for summer classes. All our summer classes are available in-studio (with limited/smaller classes) and online via ZOOM. When you register for classes, please make sure to sign-up for the correct class. All classes will have two class registrations links, one for in-studio and the other for ZOOM. *They will be clearly labeled.* We will only be accepting online registration at this time and all classes will have limited spaces available. We are unable to accept any registration via email. All classes are first come, first serve when registering online.

Private Classes/Private Group Classes:
We understand that not all dancers and families feel comfortable coming back to the studio in a group setting. With that said, we are now giving the option to request a private lesson or private-group lesson over the summer. If you are interested in scheduling a class or would like to see our pricing, please fill out the form and we will get back to you shortly :: Private/Private Group Class Request

Summer Class Tuition Payment Policies:
Tuition payments should be made online using our Parent Portal. The front desk is currently closed for the summer and payments can only be made via cash or check by appointment. Please email the studio if you need to pay your summer tuition via cash, check or if you need to change your payment method on file in the Parent Portal.

Summer class tuition payment due dates are as follows:

  • Tuesday, July 21 for any class that runs July 21, 2020 - July 23, 2020

  • Tuesday, July 28 for any class that runs July 28, 2020 - July 30, 2020

  • Tuesday, August 4 for any classes running August 4, 2020 - August 6, 2020.

Please note: If payments are not made by the above-mentioned deadline, they will be automatically withdrawn from the credit card on file the next business day after the deadline. If the payment is unable to be processed on the above mentioned deadline - your dancer will not be allowed to participate in the class and a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

***THERE IS NO 5th OF THE MONTH BILLING DURING JULY & AUGUST**

Summer Class Cancelations:
All summer classes must meet a minimum enrollment requirement. If any class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, dancers/parents will be notified via email and the class will be canceled. Any classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be canceled and participants will be notified via email the Monday of the week their classes begin. If the tuition payment has already been made, all participants will be fully refunded. Refunds are only issued if the class has been canceled by Centerstage Dance Academy.

There is a $10 fee for any dancer that changes or drops out of any class or camp within 3 days of their class. Please contact us if you need to switch classes or unenroll from class for any reason.

There will be no tuition refunds for any classes that are held. This includes classes your dancer is scheduled to attend but is absent from and classes that your dancer does not participate in due to injury, illness or any other condition.

What To Bring/Wear For Class:
Please be sure to check our COVID-19 safety plan to ensure you are following the guidelines of what is allowed in the studio.

We suggest that your dancer wear a leotard and tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun for all class. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any jazz, musical theatre, hip hop or acro class. Appropriate dance shoes must be brought for each class that your dancer is taking. There will be NO barefeet allowed at the studio over the summer. Sneakers are allowed to be worn inside the studio ONLY if they are “inside sneakers” - meaning, they have never been worn outside. Sneakers are suggested for acro classes but jazz shoes are also acceptable to be worn.

Please email the studio directly if you have any questions about your classes.
