2024 Summer Info & Policies

Day & Evening Classes Available | June & July 2024
Classes for ages 2 & up | Registration Deadline: Friday, June 21


Summer Class Tuition Payment Policies:
Tuition payments can always be made online, at anytime, using our Parent Portal. Payments can also be made via cash, check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa & Discover) at the front desk. Class prices are listed within our Parent Portal.

 Summer class tuition payment due dates are as follows:

  • Monday, June 3  for any class that runs June 4, 2024 - June 25, 2024

  • Monday, July 8  for any class that runs July 8, 2024 - July 11, 2024

  • Monday, July 15 for any class that runs July 15, 2023 - July 18, 2024

  • Monday, July 22  for any classes running July 22, 2024 - July 25, 2024

  • Monday, July 29 for any classes running July 29, 2024 - August 1, 2024

Please note: If payments are not made by the above-mentioned deadline, they will be automatically withdrawn from the credit card on file the next business day after the deadline. If the payment is unable to be processed on the above mentioned deadline - your dancer will not be allowed to participate in the class and a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

All payments must be made either online or at the front desk [by appointment only] during the summer months


Front Desk/Payment Hours:
The front desk hours are limited will be open by appointment only during the summer. Please contact us directly if you have any payment questions.


Summer Class Cancelations:
All summer classes/camps must meet a minimum enrollment requirement. Any classes/camps that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be canceled and participants will be notified via email. If the tuition payment has already been made, all participants will be fully refunded. Refunds are only issued if the class has been canceled by Centerstage Dance Academy.

There is a $50 fee for any dancer that changes or drops out of any class or camp within 7 days of their class/camp. Please contact us if you need to switch classes or unenroll from class for any reason.

There will be no tuition refunds for any classes/camps that are held. This includes classes your dancer is scheduled to attend but is absent from, classes that are cancelled due inclement weather, and classes that your dancer does not participate in due to injury, illness or any other condition.


What To Bring For Class:

Any Technique Class; Ballet/Contemporary; Jazz/Musical Theatre Intensive, Choreography Clinic; Modern/Improv (Daytime Camps):
Please wear a leotard, tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any class except for ballet. Please bring jazz shoes for these classes. If dancer does not have jazz shoes, barefeet are allowed - please make sure your tights roll-up. Please be sure your dancer packs a snack and enough water for the day. We will be having a snack break during classes that are 3 hours or longer.

Summer Dance Intensive:
Please wear a leotard, tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any class except for ballet. All dance shoes should be brought to the Summer Dance Intensive (tap, ballet and jazz). For dancers ages 12 and under, dancing in bare feet is acceptable during jazz, musical theatre and/or hip hop class.

For the Summer Dance Intensive (9am - 1pm) we will be having a lunch break each day. Please be sure your dancer brings a lunch/snack and enough water for the day. 

Shining Stars (Ages 2/3)
A leotard, tights and ballet shoes would be ideal for this class but if your dancer does not have dancewear, anything that they can move around in and barefeet or gripped socks if dancers do not have ballet shoes.

Tutu/Tumble Combo
A leotard and tights that roll-up would be ideal for this class, however anything that a dancer can move and be active in can be worn. Ballet shoes or gripped socks.

Jazz/Hip Hop Combo (Evening Classes)
A leotard and tights that roll-up would be ideal for these classes, however anything that a dancer can move and be active in can be worn. Jazz shoes or barefeet for any of these classes.

ACRO Intensives (Any Level):
Please wear a leotard and tights for this class. ACRO leotards and shorts are also permitted. Barefeet should be worn in this class.

Summer Evening Intensives; Leap/Turns/Technique (Evening Classes): 
Please wear a leotard, tights and have your hair pulled back into a bun. Fitted shorts are allowed to be worn during any class except for ballet. Jazz shoes should be brought to the class - your instructor will make the decision on jazz shoes or barefeet.
